Store owner replied: Dear Mr. Robert, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback and for choosing the BigM 600W Aluminum Solar Street Light. We’re glad to hear that the installation process was easy for you — that’s exactly what we aim for. You’re absolutely right about winter conditions. Heavy snow, shorter daylight hours, and reduced sunlight can limit how long the battery can stay charged, which affects overnight performance. This is a common challenge for all solar lighting in Canadian winters, but your comment is a helpful reminder for other customers as well. We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we’re here if you ever need tips on optimizing performance during harsh winter months. Kind regards, Kamal BigM Canada
