Exactly as ordered. Hoping they'll get my solar lights up and running!
I was very excited to install the batteries and reactivate my outdoor solar table lamp after two years but unfortunately as soon as I inserted the battery it started smoking. A wire burned off the chip board.
So sad!!!
I don’t believe this had anything to do with the battery. Thes battery also had arrived super fast. I wish I had a better outcome but no fault to the company

I accidentally ordered the wrong batteries - but there is no way offered to exchange them unless I pay delivery to send them back (which is almost the price of the batteries). Otherwise service was good!

Was waiting a long time for the item. Contacted seller and they were very responsive. Assumed that the item must have got lost in transit and immediately sent a new item out. Received it in a few days. Very good customer service. Item is batteries and they work as expected.
