The BigM Custom-Made Solar Municipal Street Light is a premium off-grid lighting solution engineered for municipalities, road authorities, parks, industrial facilities, and large commercial developments across Canada. Designed to withstand harsh Canadian weather conditions, this solar municipal street light features a self-heated LiFePO4 battery system, dual high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels, and intelligent programmable lighting controls to deliver reliable dusk-to-dawn illumination throughout the year.

Every solar municipal street light is custom manufactured to meet your project’s exact requirements. BigM designs and fabricates custom mounting brackets for the solar panels, battery enclosure, and light fixture based on your existing pole dimensions and material specifications. This ensures a secure installation and a professional fit for municipal and commercial applications.

Powered by two 18V/120W high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels and a heavy-duty 12.8V 105Ah (1344Wh) self-heated LiFePO4 battery pack, this solar municipal street light provides up to 15 hours of nightly illumination with 3–5 consecutive rainy-day backup. An advanced MPPT charge controller maximizes charging efficiency while the programmable lighting schedule automatically adjusts brightness throughout the night to optimize battery performance and extend operating life.

The fixture delivers up to 12,600 lumens using 256 premium high-efficiency 4-core SMD 3030 LEDs with an exceptional efficacy of 180 lumens per watt. Its durable housing combines 6063 aluminum with ADC12 die-cast aluminum, finished with a thick anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting performance in demanding outdoor environments. High-transmittance PC optical lenses provide over 90% light transmission, ensuring excellent roadway visibility and uniform light distribution.

Each solar municipal street light includes the solar panel mounting brackets, heavy-duty battery enclosure, and arm mounting bracket. Poles are not included. Installation is suitable for 8–10 metre poles with an 80 mm pole adapter, making it ideal for municipal streets, parking lots, parks, pathways, campuses, industrial sites, rural roads, and other off-grid infrastructure projects.

Because every project is custom built, BigM requires the pole dimensions and material specifications before manufacturing custom brackets. Please allow approximately 14 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. A 60% deposit is required before production begins.

BigM provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty with the option to purchase an extended 3-Year Warranty for additional peace of mind.
