Return Policy

 

• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery in an original packaging. 
• All returns must obtain return authorization first. 
• Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on. 
• Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost involved in return. Unless its a defective products and need to take authorization from BigM.
• Incomplete returns will not be honored and items will not be reshipped to customer! 
• Any disputes on incomplete/ wrong/ defective orders must be made within 48 hours of delivery!
