During winter, when sunlight is limited, we highly recommend setting the 1000 lumens outdoor solar lights to Mode 1 (motion sensor mode). This setting helps conserve solar charge in the batteries, ensuring longer-lasting performance during periods with reduced sunlight.

You can easily install these igM 1000 lumens outdoor solar lights at home. Just take out the light from the box and use the attached 2 screws and anchors to install it. Don’t try to set up the mode during the daytime as the light won’t respond during the day. Go back to the light after dusk to set up your desired mode.

This light has 3 modes:

Mode 1: light stays dark, turns on with full blast with any sort of motion for 30 seconds

Mode 2: light stays dim, and turns on at full blast with the motion for 30 seconds. Then goes back to dim mode again

Mode 3: Constant lighting mode, no motion sensor.

When you are done installing, press the little switch (the switch is under/beside the big round motion sensor) gently 1- 2 times to set your desired mode for the light.

Press the switch one time to set mode 1, press 2 times for mode 2, press 3 consecutive times for mode 3, and press 4 times to turn off the light.
